1. What payment method do you accept?

We accept payment in credit cards(VISA & Master Card) and Paypal at this point. We also provide Alibaba Express payment method if you prefer.  

2. Do you accept bank direct transfers?

3. What payment security measure do you use?

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer service ([email protected]) for assistance.

5. What should I do if my payment fails when trying to purchase?

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your payment. In cases of payment failure, we recommend taking the following steps:

6. Other than hardware, do I need to pay anything else?

Yes. To ensure your order arrives smoothly, there are two possible additional expenses:


  1. Shipping Cost
    We offer international shipping with two options:

  • Standard Shipping: Lower cost, delivery in 15–20 days.

  • DHL Express: Faster delivery in 3–10 days (varies by location and fulfillment center).

You can select your preferred method at checkout. If you’d like to use your own carrier, please contact our support team at [email protected]


  1. Custom Duty (Tariff)
    Import duties and tariffs are required by the laws of your destination country. Fees vary depending on the country and are always the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: it is an international commerce common practice that the importer (the customer) pays these fees. If you would like to know the estimated duty before placing your order, we’re happy to assist—just contact [email protected].



7. Do I need to pay for apps or services?

Most of our apps and services are free to download. Some optional in-app content (e.g., meditation audio guides or activation fees for professional research tools) may require payment, but these are not mandatory.

In short: the core BrainLink experience works without any extra fees beyond the hardware purchase.

8. I found various resellers on platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, or Ebay selling BrainLink products. Can I purchase from them? 

To ensure the best experience and full functionality of your BrainLink product, please purchase only from our official website or an authorized retailer.


Products sold on unauthorized marketplaces (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon, eBay) are frequently outdated or used. These devices are not eligible for our warranty and cannot connect to or work with our latest software updates and services. The lower prices on these sites reflect this lack of support and compatibility.
