1. When can I expect to receive my BrainLink after placing an order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for our warehouse to prepare and process your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.


We primarily ship with DHL, offering fast and reliable Express shipping services. Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, though deliveries to remote areas may take 10–15 business days, depending on the capabilities of our shipping partners (DHL or FedEx).

3. How do I track my order?

You need to first enter your email address or order number(sent by automatic email after your order is confirmed.) You also need to enter the LAST 4 digits of your phone number left in the order form for double authentication. After entering all information, you will see a list of all your purchase history with us. You can click on the Order Number to see details of each purchase, and also click on the Shipping Tracking NO. to check the shipping status on DHL website.

Finally, you can download your Invoice in the last column.


4. What to do if the package is lost?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at [email protected].

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] right away.

If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.

If you need to change the shipping address after the package leaves our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. The customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.

6. Duties & Customs Fees

Customs fees and duties may be mandatory based on your location, and the fees differ depending on the country you are in. It is universally mandated by law that imported goods are levied with customs charges as per the destination's specific customs regulations. Importers or customers have the obligation to fulfill the duty of paying these fees and duties, which are non-repayable. 7. What if there are no distributors in my country or region?

8. Which countries/regions can you ship to?

We aim to accommodate our clients' needs with extensive shipping options. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:

Global Shipping: We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping services(Including US, Canada, Europe countries, the Canary Islands,Chilie, Hong Kong). No matter where you are, we can send products directly to you.

Conflict Zones Exclusion: However, there are certain limitations. We do not ship to areas that are in a state of war or under severe conflict due to safety concerns and logistic limitations.

Remote or Unusual Destinations: For extremely remote or lesser-known destinations, we kindly ask that you get in touch with our customer service team in advance at [email protected]. This will allow us to verify whether shipping is possible and provide you with any necessary information regarding the process.

9. When I enter my country/state/city in the address form, I can not see my country/state/city in the drop-down menu, how do I enter the correct address?

When completing your shipping and billing address on our online store, you will see a drop-down menu providing options for country/state/city based on your first few letters input in the input box. If you don't see your country/state/city in the drop-down menu, please ignore the drop-down menu and continue inputting the complete name of your country/state/city in the address box. You will be able to review the input address information in the last step of checkout, you will also get a confirmation email on your shipping address and other detailed info about your order. You will always be able to update your address by contacting us via email at: [email protected] before the package is shipped.  

What if I did not receive a PO or Order Number after I placed my order? 

Usually, you will receive an automatic email notification to your email provided in the order information form right after the order is placed and paid. If you did not receive the notification email, chances are it was spaned by your mailbox. Please check your spam folder in your email first to see if it is in there. If not, please leave us a message in the website chatbox, or email us at [email protected] to request a PO or Order Number confirmation email.
